Obviously there is something that is within each of us that makes us “us”. The human soul is something that can’t be explained by science, specifically because of the mystic that it holds. The same is not true of the functioning of the human body. The human body is nothing short of electrons, organic compounds, and minerals floating around in just the right way to make us tick. The best way to keep your body free from illness, or disease, is by recognizing that it is nothing different from the organic compounds around us. The things that we consume dictate the way that the body functions. It was made perfectly, charged ionically perfectly, to keep us in optimal health. The reason why dis-ease makes its way into our lives is because we don’t honor the beauty of its operation, or respect the ways in which it was designed to work.
The reason why a raw diet is imperative for good health is because the body is a living organism. It requires living orgasms, that we supply to it through the things we eat, to keep it operating optimally. When it comes right down to it, our body needs to be at the perfect PH balance for optimal health. Disease is called so because it is literally dis-ease. It is when the body is not in perfect balance. When you aren’t ensuring the right electron connectivity through PH balance you are creating an acidic atmosphere which is counter intuitive to life. When you don’t consume the right things you are setting yourself up for disease to make its way in.
When you cook foods you change the natural charge of the foods. In doing so, you are literally throwing off the chemistry that nature has created. Your body doesn’t want some fabricated alternative to nature’s perfect compound, it wants nutrition in the form that nature supplies. That is why those who partake in only a raw diet have less incidence of diseases such as diabetes, cancers, cardiovascular problems, and just about any type of illness imaginable. Eating raw foods helps the body to remain in constant PH balance.
The same is true of live water. The mistake that most of us make is that we underestimate how the water that we ingest, effects our health. Worrying so much about the purity of it, we fail to recognize that when we strip it of its natural mineral content, we are creating the same situation as when we cook food. When we filter water in ways such as reverse osmosis and other forms of mineral depletion filtration methods, we are creating “dead water”. If you want to have optimal health, it is just as imperative that you feed your body live water as it is that you feed your body live food.
The PH balance of your water is extremely important to the effect that it has on your body. When you ingest water that is rich with the minerals that are supplied to it when it occurs naturally in nature, you are consuming water that will not alter your PH balance. Live water will prevent your body from an overly acidic state. When you strip it, or alter its electronic or chemical makeup, you are ultimately messing with the chemical balance within your body. Your body is a machine, like any other, and was created to function without disease in mind. When given the right components, and the instructions as given by nature are followed, the likelihood for disease is very low.
So the next time that you reach for that bottle, or glass of water, make sure that you know not only that it is contaminant free, but that it contains all the right mineral concentrations that occur in nature. In doing so you ensure that the body can receive it, use it and work optimally with it, just as nature has intended. Don’t go through all the trouble of eating a raw diet for health, and leave out one of the most crucial ingredients, live water.
